1. Incomplete Dominant (Co-Dominant) Traits With incomplete dominant mutations, just one copy of the mutant gene changes how the snake visually appears (heterozygous), and two copies create a transformed 'super' form (homozygous):
- Pastel: Single copy enhances yellows and head blushing; homozygous produces the high-contrast Super Pastel.
- Banana / Coral Glow: Produces bright yellow and orange coloration with black peppering as the snake matures.
- Mojave & Lesser / Butter: Members of the Blue-Eyed Leucistic complex. Pairing Mojave to Mojave or Mojave to Lesser produces a solid white BEL snake with blue eyes.
